Brown Betty Teapots originate around Stoke-on-Trent in Britain. At least the real ones do. With so many copies, you need to make sure yours is a true Brown Betty. The clay in the area has been recognized as making the best pottery for tea for over 300 years. Each cup in their teapots is 7.5 oz, making these relatively large teapots.
