The Four Scorchers

Bikini Atoll Bomb Blast
People kept asking us to make an insanely hot sauce. Well, this is it. Made from Carolina Reaper (Guinness record world’s hottest chili), Trinidad Scorpion pepper (2nd hottest) and Ghost Peppers (3rd hottest), mixed with fresh raspberries, this sauce is a scorcher. Use with caution!

Extreme
This sauce is our second hottest creation. Made with Fatalii chilies from Africa, Limone Peppers, a wildly hot Italian pepper, yellow Ghost Chilies and Scotch Bonnets.

Death Valley Inferno
This sauce comes in as our third hottest creation. Its made from Savina Red Habaneros, Red Ghost peppers
and a red chilie that hails from Phu Yen province in Vietnam.

Blaze of Sahara
This sauce has been in the works since 2004, we finally got around to making it this year. It’s a Harissa style sauce popular in northern regions of Africa. Wildly hot chilies, roasted red pepper combined with caraway.
The next big “flavour” thing according to the latest food trends.

All our sauces are proudly made in Hamilton and we source our peppers and ingredients from local farms in Ancaster, Simcoe and Waterford Ontario.
